Key Largo Casino was a casino and hotel situated at 4.85 acres of land on 377 East Flamingo Road, 1 mile east of Las Vegas Strip, Nevada.

The property started in 1974, as an Ambassador Inn Hotel. A gambling club was included 1978. The property experienced various name switches up to 1997 when it was revived as the Key Largo. The property shut in 2005, to clear a path for another skyscraper extends that neglected to emerge.
