Festival Park & Casino Pavillion

Festival Park is located right next to the Grand Victoria Riverboat Casino in Elgin. This is where you will see big names and legends in a variety of musical genres during the Concert Series held every summer. Access is available to all ages. The same lack of age restrictions are in place at the Casino Pavilion. However you must be 21 to enter the casino. The Pavilion hosts a variety of entertainment throughout the warmer months. It's a great river front venue for the whole family.
