Fling is the huge bar and lounge at the center of the Isle Casino. Players can take some time off the machines to enjoy a drink and dancing with live entertainment or sidle on up  to the bar and enjoy one of many gaming machines. Of course there are plenty of tables with no gaming attached if you just want to take a break and enjoy your drink.
